I'd Rather Review Specs

From a maintainer's perspective, AI-generated pull requests are just piles of potential slop that we have to sort through. We have no idea if folks are one-shotting them or if they're taking the time to spec out proper solutions and mold them into usable code.

That uncertainty isn't free. It costs review time, which is the one thing maintainers never have enough of. Daniel Stenberg has been feeling this same pain with curl.

I would much rather folks help spec out the features and improvements they want to see in the library, as that's much easier to review and a thousand times more useful than generating a bunch of code.

Send me the thinking. Not the slop.
