A friend of mine linked me to an awesome Adobe Air application for batch resizing images. You can drag & drop JPEGs, GIFs, and PNGs onto the app and have them automatically resized and saved to a directory of your choice. You control the output size, destination, and format with a minimal amount of effort. Given its ease of use, Shrink O’Matic is easily one of my favorite Adobe Air applications.
